• • Product availability is subject to change without notice. Orders will only be fulfilled subject to product availability.

5. 5. Pricing and Payment

• • All prices listed on the Site or provided via direct order are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• • Golden Pine reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• • For online purchases: Once you place your order, you will be redirected to the following payment methods credit/debit card and EFT. Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.

• • For direct/manual purchases: Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be provided. Payment must be made in full via EFT or other agreed-upon methods before delivery or collection of the products.

• • If payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice, Golden Pine reserves the right to cancel the order or to revise the purchase price.
    
    

6. 6. Order Process

• • Orders can be placed through the Site or manually by contacting Golden Pine directly via email.

    • • Orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase products, which Golden Pine may accept or decline at its discretion.
    • • Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant details of your purchase.

• • For manual orders:
    
    • • Orders can be placed by contacting Golden Pine at info@goldenpine.co.za. After placing an order, you will receive an invoice confirming product availability, pricing, and any applicable delivery charges.
    • • Dispatch or collection of goods will only occur after full payment is received unless agreed otherwise in writing.
        
        

7. 7. Delivery

• • We offer delivery services across South Africa for both online and manual purchases. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout (for online orders) or upon confirmation of the order (for manual purchases).

• • Golden Pine will make every reasonable effort to ensure that products are delivered within the estimated time frame. However, we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

• • In the event of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply and Golden Pine shall not be liable for any loss or non-delivery resulting therefrom.

• • Collection of orders can be arranged directly with Golden Pine if preferred.
    
    

8. 8. Returns and Refunds

• • As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns of items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. To do so, please contact our customer service team at info@goldenpine.co.za with your order reference number, a description of the damage, and accompanying photographs.

• • Once you have provided the required documentation (photos, etc.), we will assess the claim and, if valid, as determined at our sole discretion, offer either a replacement product or a full refund, including delivery charges.

• • We will provide instructions for the return or disposal of the damaged items if necessary.

• • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days after we validate the claim.

• • Golden Pine warrants that its products comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene standards in South Africa.
